
This recipe uses rolled oats as an ingredient and a topping. You use the basic white bread setting. It’s highly nutritious and naturally high in fiber. It’s a great accompaniment to a meal with a soup or stew and is delicious toasted.
It’s easy to make in the bread machine and you usually top the loaf after the rise cycle is complete and before the baking cycle begins.
INGREDIENTS:
1.25 cups Water
2 tbsp Margarine
0.50 tsp Salt
3 cups All-purpose flour
0.50 cup Rolled oats
2 tbsp Brown sugar
2 tsp Active dry yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order recommended by ingredient list or your manufacturer. Use “regular/light” setting.
