If you love blue cheese, you’ll love this bread recipe. We’re only adding a ½ cup of blue cheese but you can add up to a cup or better yet, top the bread towards the end of the baking cycle in your bread machine to give the loaf a blue-cheesy finish.
We’ve also added some potato flakes to this recipe to give the loaf a bit more body. The overall combination of ingredients make for a highly flavorful bread that you can make from start to finish in your bread machine.
